NOLA Fit Kids provides fitness motivation and education for kids, teens and their parents, along with a classes built around basic body weight training, movement patterns and beginning yoga/meditation.
Fitness isn’t just about looking good. The benefits of exercise and eating well can increase strength and intelligence, curb the bad effects of stress, manage moods and contribute to the formation of a healthier brain and body that will serve our youth for the rest of their lives.
